What is your return & refund policy?

Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will of course correct any items that are incorrect or damaged by shipping a new one to you. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as I want to make sure you're happy!

While I work hard to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note computer + device monitors can cause colour variances. For this reason, I cannot give refunds for minor colour variances. When ordering, please ensure you look at product photos using the "zoom" button to see the details.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

I work with an outside printer to have all my items printed and shipped, and I generally submit orders within a few hours of you ordering. Once the printing + production process starts, I am unable to stop it. You can absolutely get in touch to see if there's still time to cancel, but I can't guarantee anything.

How long is the production time and shipping?

Production taken usually 2-5 business days and standard shipping 4-6 business days.
